About me
I’m a PhD student at Imperial College London working on computational protein design with Stefano Angioletti-Uberti. My research focuses generally on method development and protein engineering applications. I am the lead developer of BAGEL, a general-purpose protein design framework. I have previously worked at FutureHouse and the Francis Crick Institute. I have also done research at EPFL and MIT.
