Our central dogma: Paper protocol -> opentrons protocol -> compiled protocol My paper protocol: For this week’s lab, I wanted to make a golden lyre. There are so many steps I won’t write them all out here, but per the tips on the RC Donovan Opentrons art site, I chose to use a 1.0 μL point on a 100mm agar dish with 96 wells. We are using an Opentrons OT-2.
