What are the technologies you will use (e.g., gel electrophoresis, DNA sequencing, mass spectrometry, etc.)? Describe in detail. For my final project, I would measure whether GFP was successfully conjugated to magnetic beads and whether those GFP-coated magnetic beads can activate anti-GFP synNotch/SNIPR-style receptors in cells.
