About me

I am a researcher and student specializing in computational biology, synthetic biology, and industrial biotechnology. My research and academic focus center on how biological systems can be designed, optimized, and translated into scalable production—ranging from de novo proteins and enzymes to engineered pathways, metabolic engineering, and automated biofoundry workflows.

My technical foundation combines computational biology, molecular modeling, structural bioinformatics (AlphaFold, RFdiffusion, Rosetta, GROMACS), and reproducible workflows (Python, Linux/Bash, Snakemake, Nextflow) with hands-on laboratory training in molecular biology, PCR, and protein expression. Beyond academia, I serve as a Board Member and Technical Operations & Business Development Manager at Fanavaran Borna, driving industrial machinery design, technical infrastructure, and project coordination.
