<Dana Issagulova> ā HTBAA Fall 2026
About me
Hii! I’m Dana, and I study Life Science and Biotechnology at Yonsei University in South Korea. Welcome to my HTBAA page!
š Fun fact: I love anything made with sweet potatoes. Should I try to biomanufacture everything I need from sweet potatoes? Maybe this course is my chance to find out!
Why HTBAA?
I’m fascinated by the idea of an automated biology lab, and I’m especially looking forward to learning from Ginkgo Bioworks this semester. I believe automating routine lab workflows can take innovation to another level by giving researchers more time to develop ideas, ask new questions, and design meaningful experiments.
Through HTBAA, I want to understand how biology and automation come together in practice. I’m curious about which tasks we can automate, how we can make experiments more reliable, and what new possibilities this creates for biomanufacturing.
