About me

I am a biomedical engineer. I have experience maintaining MCF-7, NIH/3T3, and MDA-MB-231 cell lines, as well as bacterial and fungal cultures, and I have worked with 3D neuronal and astrocytic spheroids. I have developed and implemented machine learning algorithms, focusing primarily on classifying and detecting breast cancer tumor malignancy. My skillset is complemented by experience in nanotechnology, biochemistry and biomaterials, specifically the synthesis of copper nanoparticles, functional films, and bioactive plant extracts.
