About me

I hold an MSc in Biotechnology and am driven by a deep passion for research and continuous learning. My focus lies in synthetic biology — a field I find endlessly compelling for its ambition to understand, control, and program biological systems with precision and purpose.

Within this space, my core interest is biosensors. Since every meaningful response begins with sensing, I believe biosensors sit at the foundation of how we interface with and understand biological systems — making them a critical entry point for solving real-world problems.

I’m motivated by the pressing challenges facing our world today, and I’m committed to applying synthetic biology tools to address them — whether in healthcare, environmental sustainability, or beyond. I’m always eager to explore new ideas, collaborate with like-minded researchers, and contribute to work that makes a tangible difference.
