Using Kernel by Asimov, we design the genetic construct that encodes and regulates the biocatalytic machinery required to synthesize, extrude, and crystallize cellulose nanofibers. We also explore lean manufacturing frontiers—incorporating cellulose spheroids as modular building blocks and optogenetic projection lithography to eliminate expensive mold tooling.
