QT45 is a 45-nucleotides RNA which can synthesize both a copy of itself and its complementary strand (in separate conditions), making RNA-based self-replication more plausible in early Earth scenarios. (DOI: 10.1126science.adt2760)

I want to read QT45-like things more, write QT45-like things in mammalian systems, and edit QT45-like things for various applications.
